The Sabres have been doing well as of late, and a large part of that is due to the return and instant success of Zach Benson. Benson has points in four of the five games he’s played this season since coming back from injury, with seven points in five games. Benson is looking to have a breakout year this year and will be given many opportunities, and that has started with the top line in Buffalo.
Toronto Maple Leafs
A lot of focus leading up to the game tonight will be on the status of Leafs star forward William Nylander, who is questionable for tonight’s game after leaving towards the end of the third period last night. Nylander has had a great start to the season, and losing him in the lineup would be a major loss to an already struggling Toronto roster. If Nylander is out, expect the lines to change and Robertson to draw into the lineup.
