Cormac is seeking two proactive Administrative Assistants to join the team, providing vital support across Fleet and Valet service areas. This role is perfect for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and have a positive, can-do attitude. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key part in maintaining smooth and efficient operations.
Job Description
The Administrative Assistant role involves a range of tasks, including supporting services such as Pool Cars, Car Leasing, Valeting, Asset Replacement, Workshops, and Compliance. You will use a range of IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, and in-house Fleet Management systems.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Supporting services such as Pool Cars, Car Leasing, and Valeting
- Performing data entry and validation
- Creating and processing invoices
- Managing reception cover
- Assisting with daily coordination of corporate pool car scheme and/or valet services
- Creating reports and monitoring key business processes
- Raising and processing purchase orders and stock
